PATENTED, FULLY ENCLOSED ROOF LIFTER SYSTEM
1. Jayco uses tubular anodised lifter posts with smooth walls that will not chafe or soil the tent.
Nylon bushes reduce friction and keep the roof more stable when raised.

2. The roof lifter system is fully enclosed above the floor to eliminate the chance of damage from road debris or the weather.
Steel pulleys with built-in bearings make the cables track accurately and won’t wear out.

3. Strong flexible push-rods running on nylon guide the roof upwards as you wind the crank.

4. The automatic brake on our winch helps prevent the roof from falling as it elevates.
We back our winch component with a lifetime guarantee to the original owner.

5. Our lifter handle is positioned at a comfortable height and its gearing makes the wind-up easy.

ONE PIECE TENT SECTION
To achieve superior quality, we manufacture our tent sections in-house. With state-of-the-art computerised cutting, precision is guaranteed. This accuracy combines with Jayco craftsmanship to ensure that our double-stitched one-piece tent constructions are resistant to long term problems caused by the natural shrinkage of canvas. We use high quality Australian-made Bradmill canvas together with top quality synthetics in the wet areas.

RELIABLE POWER
The Setec power converter is Australian-designed and constructed for our country’s occasionally inconsistent supply of power in remote areas. This built-in fused power converter provides a safe 12v supply from 240v mains. Produced specifically for Jayco, the Setec system delivers generous lighting on either 240v or 12v supply.

When only 12v power is available, the unit is self-sensing and no switching is required. A valuable additional feature of the unit is its built-in trickle charger (13.5v output) to cater for an auxiliary battery.
