Terms and Conditions: Win a Jayco Eagle caravan

Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before entering the Merv Hughes Win a Jayco competition. By participating in this competition, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
1. Eligibility:
• The competition is open to residents of Australia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
• Employees of Jayco Corporation and Merv Hughes Fishing, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

2. Entry Period:
• The competition begins on 5/12/23 and ends on 1/3/24 Entries submitted after the end date will not be considered.

3. How to Enter:
• To enter, participants must visit the official competition entry page at https://www.jayco.com.au/mervhughesfishing and follow the instructions to complete the entry form.
• Only one entry per person is allowed.

4. Prize:
• The lucky winner will receive a complete Vehicle and RV protection package valued at up to $$34,990, courtesy of Jayco.

5. Winner Selection:
• The winner will be selected based on the most creative submission from all eligible entries within 10 days of the competition’s end date.
• The winner will be notified via the contact information provided during entry.
• If the selected winner does not respond within 14 days of notification, a new winner will be randomly selected.

6. Prize Delivery:
• Jayco Corporation will coordinate the delivery of the prize within Australia.
• It is the responsibility of the winner to have a suitable vehicle to tow and take delivery of the prize.
• Jayco will not reimburse or fund any costs associated with delivery of the prize outside of providing a Jayco Swan that is suitable for delivery. Jayco will not pay for vehicle modifications as it relates to the tow vehicle, or reimburse any expenses relating to travel to and from the dealership.

7. Publicity Release:
• By entering this competition, participants agree to the use of their name, image and likeness for promotional purposes including but not limited to use on social media platforms without additional compensation.

8. Privacy:
• Participant information collected during this competition will be used for the purpose of administering the competition and future marketing from Jayco Corporation. Participant information will not be shared with third parties.

9. General Conditions:
• Jayco Corporation reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the competition at their discretion.
• Jayco Corporation are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries.
• The prize is non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or other substitutes.
• By participating, participants agree to these terms and conditions and all decisions made by Jayco Corporation, which are final and binding.

10. Release of Liability:
• By entering this competition, participants release Jayco Corporation, and their respective affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability, claims, or damages arising out of or relating to their participation in the competition or the acceptance and use of the prize.
