Vehicles without factory-fitted J-Tech 2.0 suspension are not eligible. The eligible model list is a guide only, and final eligibility is subject to inspection and confirmation by a participating Jayco dealership.

What is J-Tech Air?
J-Tech Air is Jayco’s next-generation air suspension system, powered by Cruisemaster’s BCS (Body Control System). It replaces the existing J-Tech 2.0 setup on eligible vans with a new touch-panel and app-controlled air suspension featuring auto ride-height while towing, Horizon levelling at camp, independent manual side control, and over-the-air service alerts.
Which vans are eligible?
See the full eligibility list above. In short: Outback Pop-tops and Outback Caravans from MY2021 onwards, the Touring Silverline range from MY2021 onwards. The list is a guide only — please contact your local participating Jayco dealership to confirm eligibility for your specific van.
How much does it cost?
For the promotional period 12 October to 15 November 2026, the recommended fitted price is:

The recommended fitted price includes supply and installation of all required parts for a standard retrofit. Actual pricing is set by each participating dealership and may vary depending on the RV and any additional work identified during inspection.
When does the offer end?
The J-Tech Air Retrofit promotion ends 15 November 2026.
Customers should contact a participating Jayco dealership as early as possible to confirm eligibility, workshop availability and installation timing.
How long does the installation take?
Plan for your van to be at the dealer for several days. Your dealer will confirm the exact window when you book, factoring in current workshop load and any additional component work identified during inspection.
Where can it be fitted?
At participating Jayco dealerships across Australia. This offer is available through participating Jayco dealers only — Service Agents are not part of the national rollout. Find your nearest participating dealer through the locator on this page.
Is finance available?
Yes. Jayco Financial Services (JFS) can provide a no-obligation finance quote for your J-Tech Air retrofit. JFS has 20 loan partners and will work with you to find competitive rates. Installation is booked through your participating Jayco dealership once your finance is in place.
What if my van needs additional work to be ready?
The recommended fitted price covers supply and installation of all required parts for a standard retrofit. If your dealer identifies any out-of-scope work during inspection — separate to the retrofit itself — they’ll discuss it with you and provide a separate quote before proceeding.
Is this offer available in New Zealand?
This national offer is available in Australia only. New Zealand Jayco dealers do have access to retrofit parts — talk to your local NZ dealer for options.
What’s the warranty?
J-Tech Air retrofit has a 2-year warranty from date of installation.
Can I buy the parts and have my own mechanic install them?
No. The J-Tech Air retrofit is supplied and installed by Jayco-trained technicians through the participating Jayco dealership network only.

Promotion Terms & Conditions
1. Promoter.
This promotion (“Offer”) is conducted by Jayco Corporation Pty Ltd (ACN 005 266 991 / ABN 79 301 936 497) of 1 Jayco Drive, Dandenong South, Victoria 3175 (“Jayco”).
2. Offer Period.
The Offer commences on 12 October 2026 and ends on 15 November 2026 inclusive (“Offer Period”). The Offer is available only during the Offer Period and is subject to vehicle eligibility, participating dealership availability, workshop capacity and parts availability.
3. Where available.
The Offer is available in Australia only and is not available in New Zealand. The Offer is available only through participating Jayco dealerships. Not all Jayco dealerships participate in the Offer, and the Offer is not available through Jayco Service Agents. Customers should contact their nearest Jayco dealership to confirm participation and availability before making arrangements for the retrofit. 4. Eligibility.
The Offer applies only to eligible Jayco caravans and pop-tops that were fitted with J-Tech 2.0 suspension at manufacture. Jayco RVs that were not fitted with J-Tech 2.0 suspension at manufacture are not eligible for the Offer.
Eligible-model information published by Jayco is provided as a guide only. Current eligibility guidance includes selected MY2021 onwards Outback Pop Tops, Outback Caravans and Touring Silverline models. Eligibility for any individual RV is subject to inspection and confirmation by a participating Jayco dealership. 5. Recommended fitted pricing.
During the Offer Period, the recommended fitted price for an eligible J-Tech Air retrofit is:

Tandem axle — from $10,995*
The recommended fitted price includes the supply and installation of all required parts for a standard J-Tech Air retrofit by a participating Jayco dealership.
Prices are recommended only. Participating Jayco dealerships are independently responsible for setting their actual retail price, and pricing may vary depending on the RV, installation requirements and other circumstances applicable to the individual vehicle.
Any additional work identified during inspection that falls outside the scope of the standard J-Tech Air retrofit is not included in the recommended fitted price. Any such work will be quoted separately and will not be undertaken without the customer’s prior approval.
A participating dealership may require a deposit to secure a retrofit booking, with the balance payable in accordance with that dealership’s payment terms. Deposit requirements, booking arrangements and payment terms are determined by the participating dealership.
6. Installation.
The J-Tech Air retrofit must be supplied and installed by a participating Jayco dealership using Jayco-trained technicians.
Installation timeframes vary between dealerships and are subject to workshop capacity, parts availability, inspection requirements and any additional work identified for the individual RV.
The retrofit is not available for self-installation by owners or installation by third-party repairers or installers as part of this Offer. 7. Warranty.
The J-Tech Air suspension retrofit is warranted for a period of 24 months from the date of installation. The current J-Tech Air retrofit information confirms a two-year warranty from the date of installation. Jayco
The warranty covers J-Tech Air suspension components installed as part of the retrofit against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and subject to applicable servicing and maintenance requirements. Normal use means use of the Jayco RV in accordance with applicable Jayco operating, servicing, maintenance and warranty requirements.
Where a component covered by this warranty is determined to be faulty within the warranty period following inspection by an authorised Jayco dealership or repair agent, the component may be repaired or replaced, at Jayco’s discretion, using new or refurbished replacement parts.
This warranty is in addition to, and does not exclude, restrict or modify, any rights or remedies available to the customer under the Australian Consumer Law.
8. Finance.
Finance may be available through Jayco Financial Services to approved applicants only.

Approval of finance is separate from confirmation of vehicle eligibility. Where finance is required, applicable finance arrangements must be in place before installation proceeds.
9. Australian Consumer Law.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy conferred by the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable law that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified.
10. General.
The Offer is subject to vehicle eligibility, participating dealership availability, workshop capacity and parts availability.
To the extent permitted by law, Jayco reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the Offer or these Terms & Conditions where reasonably necessary. Any amendment, suspension or withdrawal is subject to any rights a customer may have under the Australian Consumer Law and does not exclude or restrict any non-excludable statutory rights or remedies.
