Eligibility
This offer is available on eligible Jayco caravans, campers and pop-tops that were fitted with J-Tech 2.0 suspension at the time of manufacture.
Vehicles without factory-fitted J-Tech 2.0 suspension are not eligible. The eligible model list is a guide only, and final eligibility is subject to inspection and confirmation by a participating Jayco dealership.

What is J-Tech Air?
J-Tech Air is Jayco’s next-generation air suspension system, powered by Cruisemaster’s BCS (Body Control System). It replaces the existing J-Tech 2.0 setup on eligible vans with a new touch-panel and app-controlled air suspension featuring auto ride-height while towing, Horizon levelling at camp, independent manual side control, and over-the-air service alerts.
Which vans are eligible?
See the full eligibility list above. In short: Outback Pop-tops and Outback Caravans from MY2021 onwards, the Touring Silverline range from MY2021 onwards, most Outback Campers from MY2024 onwards, and the Lark Outback from MY2023 onwards. The list is a guide only — please contact your local participating Jayco dealership to confirm eligibility for your specific van.
How much does it cost?
The recommended fitted price is from $9,225 for single axle and from $10,225 for tandem axle. The recommended price includes supply and installation of all required parts at a participating Jayco dealership.
How long does the installation take?
Plan for your van to be at the dealer for several days. Your dealer will confirm the exact window when you book, factoring in current workshop load and any additional component work identified during inspection.
Where can it be fitted?
At participating Jayco dealerships across Australia. This offer is available through participating Jayco dealers only — Service Agents are not part of the national rollout. Find your nearest participating dealer through the locator on this page.
Is finance available?
Yes. Jayco Financial Services (JFS) can provide a no-obligation finance quote for your J-Tech Air retrofit. JFS has 20 loan partners and will work with you to find competitive rates. Installation is booked through your participating Jayco dealership once your finance is in place.
What if my van needs additional work to be ready?
The recommended fitted price covers supply and installation of all required parts for a standard retrofit. If your dealer identifies any out-of-scope work during inspection — separate to the retrofit itself — they’ll discuss it with you and provide a separate quote before proceeding.
Is this offer available in New Zealand?
This national offer is available in Australia only. New Zealand Jayco dealers do have access to retrofit parts — talk to your local NZ dealer for options.
What’s the warranty?
J-Tech Air components carry Cruisemaster’s standard warranty. Installation is backed by Jayco Approved Service. Your dealer will provide full warranty terms with your install paperwork.
Can I buy the parts and have my own mechanic install them?
No. The J-Tech Air retrofit is supplied and installed by Jayco-trained technicians through the participating Jayco dealership network only. This is what backs the Jayco Approved Service guarantee on the fitment

Promotion Terms & Conditions · 8 June – 10 July 2026
1. Promoter. Jayco Corporation Pty Ltd (ACN 005 266 991 / ABN 79 301 936 497) of 1 Jayco Drive, Dandenong South, Victoria 3175 (“Jayco”).
2. Offer period. The J-Tech Air Retrofit offer (“Offer”) is available from 8 June 2026 to 10 July 2026 inclusive. Jayco reserves the right to extend, shorten, amend or withdraw the Offer at any time.
3. Where available. The Offer is available in Australia only. It is not available in New Zealand. The Offer is available only at participating Jayco dealerships — not all Jayco dealerships participate, and the Offer is not available through Jayco Service Agents. Contact your nearest Jayco dealership to confirm participation and availability.
4. Eligibility. The Offer applies to eligible Jayco caravans, campers and pop-tops currently fitted with J-Tech 2.0 suspension. This offer is not available for Jayco RVs without the J-Tech 2.0 suspension already fitted at manufacture. The published eligible-model list is a guide only. Eligibility for any specific vehicle is subject to inspection and confirmation by a participating Jayco dealership, and not all vehicles within a listed model or model year will necessarily be eligible.
5. Pricing. The recommended retail fitted price is from $9,335 (single axle) and from $10,335 (tandem axle) and includes supply and installation of all required parts for a standard retrofit. Prices are recommended only; actual pricing is set by each participating dealership and may vary depending on RV model. Any work identified during inspection that is outside the scope of the standard retrofit will be quoted separately, is not included in the recommended fitted price, and will not be carried out without the customer’s prior approval. A deposit may be required at the time of booking to secure the retrofit appointment, with the balance payable on completion of the installation. Deposit requirements and payment terms are determined by the participating dealership.
6. Installation. Installation must be carried out by a participating Jayco dealership using Jayco-trained technicians. Installation timeframes vary by dealership and are subject to workshop availability and parts supply. The retrofit offer is not available for self-installation by owners or installation by third parties.
7. Warranty. The J-Tech Air Suspension retrofit is warranted for a period of 24 months from the date of installation. This warranty covers J-Tech Air Suspension components installed as part of the retrofit against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and in accordance with regular annual service and maintenance requirements. Normal use refers to standard use of the Jayco RV as per the Jayco Warranty Terms & Conditions.
If a component is determined to be faulty within the 24-month warranty period, and following inspection by an authorised Jayco dealer or agent, the component will be repaired or replaced (at Jayco’s discretion) using new or refurbished parts at no cost to the customer. This warranty is in addition to, and does not limit, any rights or remedies you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
8. Finance. Finance is available through Jayco Financial Services to approved applicants only. Jayco Financial Services Pty Ltd is Credit Representative number 513573 of My Local Broker Pty Ltd (Australian Credit Licence no. 481374). Finance is not available to fleet, government or rental buyers, and is subject to credit assessment and lending criteria. Fees and charges are payable. Full conditions are available on application. Finance applications are managed by Jayco Financial Services, not by the dealership or Jayco Corporation.
9. Australian Consumer Law. These terms do not exclude, restrict or modify any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
10. General. Jayco reserves the right to amend these terms or withdraw the Offer at any time. To the extent permitted by law, Jayco is not liable for any loss arising from the Offer.
