WHAT YOUR PRESSURE TEST COVERS
• A full water-ingress pressure test on your Jayco
• Carried out by factory technicians
• A written report on what we find
• A clear, fixed quote on any sealing work — no obligation
Roof seams · Window and door seals · Hatches and vents · Awning rail · Service hatches and lockers · Body joins — the usual suspects, and the places you can’t easily see.
Find the issue early
Water can enter through small gaps around seals, windows, hatches, roof seams or body joins. These areas may not be visible during a regular inspection. A pressure test helps identify potential ingress points so you know what requires attention.

Service & Pressure Test Promotion Terms & Conditions
1. Promoter. Jayco Corporation Pty Ltd (ACN 005 266 991 / ABN 79 301 936 497) of 1 Jayco Drive, Dandenong South, Victoria 3175 (“Jayco”).
2. Where available. The promotion is available in Australia only through the Jayco Factory Service Centre at 1 Jayco Drive, Dandenong South, Victoria 3175. It is not available through Jayco dealerships, Jayco Service Agents or in New Zealand.
3. Eligibility. The promotion is available for eligible Jayco caravans, camper trailers, pop tops and motorhomes. Eligibility for any specific RV, service or repair is subject to inspection and confirmation by the Jayco Factory Service Centre. Jayco may decline or reschedule a booking where the RV cannot be safely serviced, suitable parts are unavailable or the requested work is outside the Factory Service Centre’s capabilities.
4. Bookings and availability. All services and pressure tests must be booked in advance and are subject to workshop capacity, technician availability and parts supply. Submission of an online enquiry or booking request does not confirm an appointment. A booking is confirmed only when the customer receives confirmation from the Jayco Factory Service Centre.
5. Seven-business-day turnaround. The advertised seven-business-day turnaround applies only to a standard log book service booked and completed by the Jayco Factory Service Centre. The seven-business-day period begins when the RV is received at the Factory Service Centre for its confirmed appointment.
The turnaround does not apply to general repairs, insurance repairs, warranty work, pressure-test repairs, parts awaiting supply or additional work identified during servicing. Any additional work will be quoted separately and may extend the completion timeframe. No additional work will be carried out without the customer’s prior approval.
6. Pressure test pricing. The advertised pressure-test price is $395 including GST. The price includes a water-ingress pressure test carried out by factory technicians and a written report outlining the test results.
The $395 price does not include sealing, repairs, replacement parts or other remedial work. Where an issue is identified, any recommended work will be quoted separately and will only proceed with the customer’s prior approval.
7. Pressure-test limitations. A pressure test identifies potential water-ingress points detected at the time of testing. It does not guarantee that the RV is permanently watertight or that future water ingress will not occur. Results may be affected by the RV’s condition, previous repairs, modifications, weather exposure and areas that cannot be accessed or tested safely.
8. General servicing and repairs. Pricing for general servicing, repairs, parts and labour will depend on the RV, the work required and the results of any inspection. Where the final scope of work cannot be confirmed before inspection, Jayco will provide a quote before additional chargeable work proceeds.
9. Insurance repairs. The Jayco Factory Service Centre can assess accident and storm damage and work with the customer’s insurer. Acceptance of a repair, approval of a claim and payment of any amount remain subject to the insurer’s assessment, policy terms and approval. Jayco does not guarantee that an insurer will approve a claim or the full cost of repairs.
The customer remains responsible for any policy excess, uninsured amount or work not approved by the insurer.
10. Customer responsibilities. Customers must provide accurate RV and contact details, disclose known damage or modifications and ensure the RV is safe and accessible for inspection. Personal belongings should be removed before the RV is delivered. Jayco is not responsible for personal items left inside the RV, except to the extent required by law.
11. Collection and payment. Unless otherwise agreed, payment is required before or at collection of the RV. Customers must collect their RV within the timeframe advised by the Factory Service Centre. Storage fees may apply where an RV is not collected within a reasonable period after the customer has been notified that the work is complete.
12. Australian Consumer Law. These terms do not exclude, restrict or modify any rights or remedies the customer may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
13. General. Jayco reserves the right to amend these terms, change availability or withdraw the promotion at any time. To the extent permitted by law, Jayco is not liable for any loss arising from appointment delays, parts shortages, insurer decisions or circumstances outside Jayco’s reasonable control.
