Help us move a motorhome. Enjoy the journey along the way.

Let’s Go Motorhomes is inviting experienced CMCA members to join our Relocation Driver Register.

When we need to move a motorhome between locations, we may contact suitable registered drivers with the opportunity to take the journey — with the motorhome provided, eligible fuel costs reimbursed and return travel arranged for the nominated driver.

Join the register today and we’ll be in touch when a relocation suits your location, experience and availability.

Free to register. No obligation to accept an opportunity.

A road trip with a little something extra

A different way to see more of Australia

Seasonal demand means we sometimes need to move Let’s Go motorhomes from one part of Australia to another.

Rather than transporting an empty vehicle, we’re building a trusted network of experienced RV travellers who may be able to make the journey for us.

You get the opportunity to enjoy a motorhome trip with key costs covered. We get our vehicle where it needs to be. It’s a simple arrangement that can work brilliantly for flexible, experienced travellers.

Hit the road with costs covered.

What could a relocation look like?

PERTH → DARWIN

Imagine swapping the usual holiday itinerary for a one-way adventure across some of Australia’s most incredible landscapes.

For example, a relocation journey from Perth to Darwin could give you around 7 days to enjoy the trip, with the motorhome provided and key travel costs covered.

You get the freedom to plan your journey along the way, while helping us move a Let’s Go motorhome to where it’s needed next.

This is an example only. Routes, timing, vehicle type and inclusions will vary between relocation opportunities.

How It Works

1. Join the register

Tell us where you’re based, your RV experience and how flexible you can be with travel dates and notice periods.

2. We match upcoming relocations

When we need to move a motorhome, we’ll identify registered drivers whose location, experience and availability suit the journey.

3. We send you the opportunity

If there’s a match, we’ll send the route, dates, vehicle, inclusions, costs and trip conditions. You can then decide if it suits you.

4. Hit the road

Accept the relocation, meet the driver requirements, then collect the motorhome and enjoy the journey.

5. Complete Your Trip

Return the motorhome to the agreed destination within the timeframe. Alternative drop-offs require approval. Security deposit terms apply.

Everything You Need to Know

A motorhome journey without the usual hire cost

Each relocation is different, but a typical relocation opportunity may include:

  • Complimentary use of a Let’s Go motorhome for the allocated journey
  • An agreed travel window to complete the relocation
  • Reimbursement of eligible fuel costs upon presentation of valid receipts
  • A return flight for the nominated relocation driver, selected and booked by Let’s Go Motorhomes
  • The opportunity to travel with a partner, friend or family member, subject to the vehicle capacity and trip conditions

Return travel is provided for the nominated driver only. Let’s Go Motorhomes will select the most economical suitable flight and, unless otherwise advised, the fare will not include checked baggage. Additional passenger travel and baggage costs are the responsibility of the traveller. Full inclusions and any costs you are responsible for will always be provided before you accept a relocation.

Experienced. Flexible. Reliable.

Our motorhomes are valuable vehicles, and relocation trips need to run to a schedule. We’re therefore looking for people who are comfortable behind the wheel of an RV and understand the care and commitment that comes with relocating one.

  • Experienced RV, campervan or motorhome drivers
  • Drivers aged 80 or under at the time of travel
  • Responsible travellers who will treat the vehicle with care
  • People who can commit to the full agreed route, destination and timeframe
  • Travellers who are comfortable with one-way journeys and fixed destinations
  • People with enough flexibility to respond when suitable opportunities arise

Looking after our motorhomes

A refundable $2,500 liability deposit applies to relocation trips.

The liability deposit is not an insurance product. It is held against damage to the motorhome during the relocation and may be applied toward costs associated with vehicle damage, awning damage, minor accident damage or internal damage.

We recommend drivers arrange their own appropriate travel insurance before commencing a relocation. The full liability, damage and refund conditions will be provided before you agree to a trip.

A little flexibility goes a long way

Relocation trips are different from a standard motorhome holiday. Each opportunity exists because a particular vehicle needs to move from one location to another within a specific timeframe.

That means collection and return locations will be fixed, travel dates may be limited and some opportunities may arise at relatively short notice.

There’s never any obligation to accept a trip. However, once you accept a relocation and commence the journey, you are responsible for getting the vehicle to its contracted destination within the agreed timeframe. If an unexpected issue arises, you must contact Let’s Go Motorhomes as soon as possible and any alternative arrangement must be approved by us.

Join the Relocation Driver Register

Tell us a little about yourself, your RV experience and your availability. Your answers will help us identify the right people when future relocation opportunities arise.

Registration only takes a few minutes and there’s no obligation to accept a trip.
